James (Jim) Webb – President
Jim has been employed in the residential and commercial real estate business for over 25 years. He is currently president of Urbanlife Properties Ltd., a real estate development and holding company as well as president and owner of Urbanlife Management Ltd., a real estate management company that is responsible for over 800 multi-family rental units and several commercial properties in both Edmonton and Jasper. Jim is also COO for Ken-Pat Holdings Ltd., a family real estate company that has been in existence since 1965.
In the past, Jim has held positions as general manager of Princeton Developments Ltd. and VP of Inter-Pro Management Corporation. He currently holds designations as a Real Estate Broker and also has a Project Manager and Construction Administration Certificate.
Jim is a past Director on the Board of the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce and has been involved with the Chamber planning and development committee since 2003.
Sherri Doucette - Property Manager
Sherri is a partner in Urbanlife Management Ltd and has been employed primarily in residential property management for over 25 years and has broadened her experience in the past ten years to include commercial properties.
Currently Sherri sits on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Residential Landlord Association and was the President of the Association in 2015 and the chairperson of the education committee for many years prior. Sherri also sits on the Alberta Residential Tenancies Advisory Committee as the representative of the Alberta Residential Landlord Association and is a licensed real estate professional.
